Peppered beef steak thin slices, rugula, celery, dash of fish sauce and balsamic. Served room temperature.
Slices of roast beef made out of ball tip, touch of tartufo (black truffle) sauce & fresh parsley.
Oven roasted eggplant, peeled. Mixed with fresh mint, olive oil & white vinegar. Served on crostini.
