From Buss Boy to Chef
My love affair with food and wine began in 2000 when I moved to Australia “for good.” What started as a job in a small Sardinian restaurant to cover expenses quickly turned into a lifelong passion. From running plates to pouring wine, from events to late-night dishwashing, every role taught me something new — until one day I stepped into the kitchen and discovered the joy of creating flavors that still inspire me today.

A World of Food, Wine, and Stories
Since then, my journey has taken me from Medellín to Sydney, Barcelona, San Francisco, and beyond — always with food and wine at the center. I’ve owned restaurants, managed a wine distribution company, consulted for wineries, and now run my own catering and consulting business.
This site is my way of sharing that journey — recipes I love, wines that move me, and stories that celebrate the simple joy of eating, drinking, and living well. There’s always enough wine, enough food, and enough moments to savor. If you are planning a wedding, have a look at my wedding catering planning guide.
A Journey Sparked in a Small Restaurant
Every dish tells a story, every glass of wine holds a moment, and together they create experiences that go far beyond the table.

Food and wine have never just been work for me — they’re my way of connecting with people, cultures, and memories. Here’s to good food, great wine, and unforgettable moments shared.
