From Buss Boy to Chef

My love affair with food and wine began in 2000 when I moved to Australia “for good.” What started as a job in a small Sardinian restaurant to cover expenses quickly turned into a lifelong passion. From running plates to pouring wine, from events to late-night dishwashing, every role taught me something new — until one day I stepped into the kitchen and discovered the joy of creating flavors that still inspire me today.

A World of Food, Wine, and Stories

Since then, my journey has taken me from Medellín to Sydney, Barcelona, San Francisco, and beyond — always with food and wine at the center. I’ve owned restaurants, managed a wine distribution company, consulted for wineries, and now run my own catering and consulting business.

This site is my way of sharing that journey — recipes I love, wines that move me, and stories that celebrate the simple joy of eating, drinking, and living well. There’s always enough wine, enough food, and enough moments to savor.
