Finally Blogging

I´m finally blogging. Welcome to my new blog, msanchezchef.

Long time ago I sould´ve done it but was in many other things and didn´t really took the time for it up until now, but hey, here I am!

Writing wasn’t my thing until I realised people liked what I wrote about wine and food, places I visit, dishes I cook, wines I drink and all that jazz. So, why not? There’s nothing to loose and a lot to gain.

Writing about food, wine, beer and stuff like that I really like, sometimes people will criticise but at the same time, some other will just love what one writes and shares.

As now, sitting here drinking a Cabernet Sauvignon from California, which by the way and as I once mentioned it, wine business in the U.S just shocked me, I wasn’t expecting all the fuzz that is actually going on here, wasn’t expecting wine industry was as it is, honestly was like one of those times that one just has to shut up and say I’m Sorry! Wine industry in America is a big deal.

Wanted only to have a quick introduction to what this blog is going to be. Wine, food, beer, restaurants, experiences.

I’m just a civil engineer that happened to start working as a waiter in Australia back in the days and just fell in love with the hospitality industry and decided to start cooking professionally and then carried on with the wines and liquors business. Know a bit but have a lot more to learn, much more to travel and much more to know.

Always looking for something new to try, to new experiences and more things to talk about. The more the merrier the say!

I hope everyone enjoys this new adventure of sharing and writing. I will certainly enjoy it and will learn from you all.
