Adrice wines Autumn release 2024

Adrice wines , a great brand of wines that, like I have probably said before, gets me on my toes searching for ideas, new food pairings, get me my taste buds, culinary skills & sommelier knowledge to the edge yo create every time with every single new wine that we release, a different food pairing. And is just simple. How am I not gonna create a new pairing for every new wine & vintage if Pam (Pam Adkins, wine maker and owner of Adrice Wines) makes every wine even better than the one before, I have to honor such pieces of art and should get to work and simply just create great pairings to make her wine look even better than what they already do. I’m probably one of the luckiest chefs around for having the pleasure of working with Pam so close and being able to learn a lot from her on the wine making side to be a better chef and a better sommelier every day! Thank you once again Pam for a spectacular wine showcase! Enjoy the autumn release!

Cheers!
