
…And is that time of summer, when one of my favorite winemakers and friend Pam Adkins hits yet another Homer run with gorgeous & delicate wines. Her craft is just unlimited and her passion just as well. Every time I try new wines to think about pairings and play with food, is just another day in Disneyland! Rosés & reds this time around, delicious juices that are perfect for the heat wave we’re living in the PNW & to pair with endless options of dishes that will showcase the high quality of Pam’s wines. Adrice wines, do it again! Congrats to Adrice wines & Pam Adkins in another successful release! I love pairing my food with pieces of art!
